It takes a variety of resources in Web Design to build a site that fits your needs. I have experience in almost every web platform. I can build a website designed with HTML, CSS/CSS3 style sheets and server-side PHP support for interactive elements. I am very comfortable with ActionScipt 2.0 (I am learning 3.0) and enjoy working in Flash very much. I have also studied social networking and marketing on the side, and been to several workshops and seminars. I have used multiple Content Management Systems (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal) to build websites.
